Refrigerated Sliding Doors

1969

Sliding refrigerator doors are used when there is no room to open the pivot door. Also in cases where a passage width of more than one metre is required. They are usually used for cold storage and freezing chambers. The doors are equipped with a polished silver anodised aluminium door, inside which the stainless steel runner rail is located. This rail has two drops that allow the door to close tightly around the perimeter of the leaf.

Description

Refrigerated sliding doors are characterized by the following components:

  • The leaf is composed of a polished silver anodised aluminium frame with a PVC profile that allows the thermal bridge to be broken.
  • The insulation of the sheet is made of 40-45 kg/m3 polyurethane and finished with a pre-lacquered sheet in a standard white colour, with the option of choosing other colours.
  • The fittings are made of polyamide, which offers high resistance to abrasion, corrosion and temperature.
  • The exterior and interior opening handles are made of stainless steel.

The sliding refrigerating door allows a simple opening with only one hand due to the design of the handle. These doors in the cold storage chambers do not have resistance and in the freezing chambers if it offers resistance in the frame.
